Assembled and Glued HO Scale Buildings - Residential and Commercial -

Need some buildings for your layout?  Consider adding these, please.  All are assembled and glued (I know that this takes all the fun out of it).  If anyone is interested in buying more than a few of these, send me a message with your offer (because eBay's offer software does not work with variations).  The shipping charge on these items is particularly reasonable. My original listing was comprised of the following: Large Ranch - Due to its' age, there are glue stains at the joints on the roof.  The kit was made in Taiwan.  Not too bad condition. Cape Cod - Nice little unit that resembles a Plasticville kit.  The orange furniture on the porch is a standout. Colonial - A very colorful unit with the yellow furniture, green roof and orange awnings.  Something like a "soft-scrub" has been glued to the bottom.  Looks like something that was on the chimney top is now not ! Ma's Place - Tyco-Kit Made by POLA of West Germany - A country store with their residence attached.  Not sure what the white things are that stick out of the property around the store.  Broken window frame on the back door.  Interestingly, the entire unit is raised above ground level.  Not great glue work was done on this unit. Guard Tower - A two-story unit tells me that this is a switchman's tower, but it could also be a guard tower.  LOL  The smoke stack is broken off of the roof.  The windows look like they have been through a tornado.  Not sure what "BLD 372" means. F. C. Rode & Co Hardware - "If you are in the market for farming tools or tinware supplies, go to Rode's Hardware."  Nice details on this unit plus it is in very good condition.  The shingles are outstanding. Coca Cola Stand - by Faller of Germany - Kit 212 - One of the signs on the roof is damaged.  The red and white awnings are very nice.  All in all, it is in good shape. Brick House Under Construction - Looks rough - it's supposed to.  It's under construction!  I think that this unit is in very good condition. Guard or Watchman's Shack - You can tell that this is not a kit; it was scratch built. - If you need a shack, then this might fit the bill. 3-Section Pedestrian Bridge - Interesting decals have been attached.  I glued one base on to one stair (I did not take "glue lessons" in kindergarten, LOL).  I made one each "glue welds" to the overhead section and the other stair section.  Shipping this has me concerned.  How do I ensure that no breakage occurs?
